As a customer service agent your main duties will be: Handling multiple inbound/outbound interaction channels (calls, emails and chats) to support customers located in Denmark. Seeking to fully understand each customer's financial situation and provide them with solutions. Maintaining a record of all procedure and information provided to and from the customer. Achieve pre-established individual and team objectives.
The employer provides help with Relocation Support (adminitative documents + housing) Gourmet tickets that finance meals from Monday to Friday. Private medical insurance.
